Bado Réti Group

Formed in 2021, the Bado Réti Group brings together three accomplished musicians from different musical and cultural backgrounds. 

The group’s music is centered around original compositions by Bado and contemporary interpretations on diverse sources of folk music. Sources and influences include Middle-eastern, Eastern-European, African and Jewish traditional rhythms and melodies as well as modern Jazz and neo-classical styles. It's world music with a jazz stance, working with beautifully arranged ensemble playing as well as individual solos and improvisation, creating a hypnotic and distinctive sound, taking the listener to a journey of undefined space and time.
